large stretch ring with gray-green cabochon and small black and white balls

Chunky stretch ring in a gold tone metal. Has a large cabochon in the middle in a grayish-greenish-brownish color. This is surrounded by small balls in black, white, and gray. Naturally sits at about a size 8 as shown in mandrel photo, but can be stretched further. Condition notes: small scuffs on center cabochon, but in generally good shape. See last photo.
