large oval Sterling green and rhinestone bling ring

This 3/4" long oval faux (or is it real?) spinach jade ring is surrounded with its original glistening rhinestones on a band that has 925 stamped inside. The ring measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" I think it’s a size 7.5s 925s
