aprilchantel can you measure the width please? amd is the material stretchy ?

stretyakova @aprilchantel hello! on the tightest clasp, the width is 13.5in and on the farthest clasp it’s 15.5in. the mesh part in the back is stretchy due to the elastic band and stretchy mesh
