idoo heating pad for rapid relief for neck, shoulder and upper back. Multiple heat levels (6) and customizable timing (30/60/90 minutes). Soft fleece fabric, weighted shoulder flaps with neck snap. It is machine washable. This item is new in the box. I opened the box but it hasn't been used.
