iPad Pro 12.9 screen, 256GB, pen and keypad

I bought this iPad Pro for my parents who are not very tech savvy in an attempt to give them something a little easier to operate than a new computer. However, they didn’t like it and said it was just too far out of their comfort zone. This was right after the 90 day return period at Best Buy so I couldn’t return it. Here’s the details on it. It has barely been touched.
