iHeartRaves Party Lights Rainbow Reflective Cutout Top

A never worn, reflective, cutout crop top, size M. Please please note this fabric does not flex at all, which is why I was never able to wear it. The sizing is a medium, but it really should be a small, in my opinion. I included pictures with a ruler so you can get an idea as to how small it really is. It's about 12" across the bottom and 6" up the side.
