high waisted 1980's PANTS 80's S

Vintage 1980's pants. Garment washed aqua, in cotton weave. Not quite as heavy as denim. High rise, with side pockets and unique thigh pockets, too! Tagged as size 9/10, runs more like a modern US 4. Measurements below. Excellent condition, I found a speckle spot seen in the last picture, but it doesn't show from a normal wearing distance. Waist: 26" Rise: 12.5" Hip: 39" (taken 9" down from front center waist) Inseam: 28" Hem circumference: 13" (N4)
