Inspired by ballet, though not requiring any dance experience, it is a full body workout trained to fatigue all muscle groups with tiny isometric contractions with zero impact. I see you're in Houston, there's actually a Bar Method studio there. Try it out! 😁

mishabomb@dhughes2012 Hi Deresa! Nice to hear from you. I think what you're saying is that they didn't create a bundle from your closet, and was willing to pay shipping twice is that right? And, that you still have both items unshipped. The issue with shipping it in one box is that Posh will think you only shipped one order because it generates separate labels for each order.

mishabomb@dhughes2012 The system will then think you never shipped one and you'll not receive your funds for what they think is an unshipped order :(. I think best to start over and either create a custom listing for her or have her cancel both orders and then ask her to rebundle again. I hope that makes sense! :)

dhughes2012@mishabomb that's what I was thinking would happen if I shipped together. I just wanted to double check. I will just ship them separately. She ordered last night and said she couldn't cancel for some reason. So she paid for the shipping twice. Thanks for the help. 😀

mishabomb@dhughes2012 Of course! You yourself can also cancel the order. You can go into your app Account Tab --> My Sales--> Click on the Sale --> and under Problems/Inquiries, I believe there's a Cancel Order Option. I have never done this, but could be worth a shot !
