grey dress with built in waist belt!

this dress is awesome! I'm selling this one because I somehow ended up with two! the waist belt is built in! I don't know if its meant to be a waist belt or just there to divide the two different grays! (It is elastic!) this dress Can be worn with leggings and a coat, or just the way it is with a nice necklace!
