gold tone layered necklace with rectangle pendant and blue tassel

layered necklace, with two gold tone chains. Longer chain has a navy blue tassel, and the shorter chain has a small rectangular charm. Shorter chain looks like it has some wear to it, longer chain doesn't have any signs of tone loss or wear to the tassel. Has a branded "D" hangtag, but I'm not sure which brand it is. Shorter chain is approximately 16" and longer chain is approximately 19". Has an extender with added loops at 0.75" and 1.5"
