gold tone 925 bracelet with round pearl beads

Delicate gold-toned chain bracelet with five evenly spaced white pearl beads. pearls have some friction when rubbed together, but they seem too perfect to be real - I'm assuming they're imitation. Extender has a leaf shaped charm, I haven't been able to ID what brand that corresponds to. Clasp stamped 925, so this is likely vermeil. Good condition! 6.5" + 2".
