floral ruched cream and black one strap top

one black strap goes across the chest and one chest goes over the same shoulder, the bow at the bottom can be pulled tighter to give it a more cropped/ruched look. Black floral design is velvet material. Cream/whiteish fabric is mesh-like material but not see through!
