floral cropped blouse

this SO floral blouse is velvet with an adjustable bow accent in the back and slightly puffed sleeves! it's slightly cropped. the size tag is gone, but it fits XS-S (I'm usually an XS and it fits just a hair loose around my shoulders/midsection).
