@mpa28 ok so to measure this arm pit to arm pit is kinda difficult I stretched it out so I could and if I don’t stretch too much it’s about 10 to 10 1/2 inches but it stretches much further. This is a halter tie and it is elastic banded in the back. The material isn’t listed but it is cotton. Soft knit cotton. Let me know if you need more info
