karen174 @styled_threads I have a question that maybe a well seasoned seller would know. I had a buyer purchase a large bundle from me. It weighs 16 lbs and I see posh only issues shipping labels for up to 10 lbs. do you know how a seller handles this sort of pkg? I have sent posh an email but no response yet. styled_threads @karen174 hi there! I have heard of situations like this before and there's a few things I've seen people try. First, you could bring the package to the post office and ask if they will allow you to pay extra $ to upgrade the label. If they won't allow it, I have seen other sellers create a listing for $3 and have the buyer purchase the listing so there's 2 different shipping labels. I hope this helps! thanks😊
