Brand new. 1st time even taking it out of the box for photo. It was a gift, but I already have another brand that still works. There will be additional shipping through PM as it weighs 8.6 lbs. It does have a re-chargeable battery in it, so it will have to ship ground. I am in Alaska, so it will probably take 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery.
