Dog harness and leash NWOT

Brand new/never used, still in packaging Matilor brand small dog or large cat harness. Measures 21” with Velcro at loosest around the tummy. 15” at loosest around chest/back of neck(shoulder?). The leash is 63” long with a rubber anti-slip handle. This has an “L” inside of it, but even though the packaging has “ the choice of dog parents” printed on it, it would be for a small breed dog or a large cat.
