All cotton and cotton lined. The dress is so incredible, but not flawless. There is very slight faded area where I had to (successfully) treat a minor spot. It is very hard to find/see and hard to photograph. Last photo. As you can see from the pics, you really can’t see it. The dress is still very crisp and fresh. If this dress were still comfortable, I wouldn’t sell it. I would wear it even with the virtually invisible fade. I know it’s corny, but I really just want someone who would love this kind of fabulous dress to have it and wear it! It’s just a bit too tiny for me, always was. If you’re new to vintage Milly, it can run a bit small, but I can still squeeze into this, even though I’m not a size 4, so this one is closer to tts, or even a bit larger. It’s a true stunner.
