bahamas_bound @shindawg9 hi. I really am not sure about vegan or real leather. And I tried to make the straps longer and they are doubled but won’t come apart to be longer. 17” drop. You could go to a leather store like where they make hats and saddles to have it made twice that 17” length. It could be at the longest 34” drop it has enough to be double. I’m sorry. It is a beautiful bag I hope this helps. 🌴😎🌈
