This is a new and unused Art-a-matic set. While it has not been used, given its age, the paints have seem to not be dried , and some of the oiliness from the paint appears have made it separate. The whole set is in its mint condition with all unused cards and the informational sheet. It does not include any batteries, and no batteries have ever been inserted. Please note (as photographed), that there is have some discoloration ( from wear) on box There is a very slight crease on the side and corners and a little tear on the box.
