*defect* NWT Black Linen Straight Leg Pants

NWT Black Linen Straight Leg Pants from Old Navy. Elasticized waist, drawstring, and pockets. This app always makes black look purple/red outdoors, but I assure you, the pants are black! *note defect in last photo* while taking measurements I noticed a tear/cut on the back of the right back hem.
