Pads are removable. But straps are not adjustable- check measurements. Very good used condition- elastic is like-new & there are no snags. There is a small patch of “sand stains” on one of the pink stripes, only noticed when taking photos, not noticeable when worn, but see last photo. Laundered with scented detergent & hung dry.
