This beautiful light blue dress is a custom dress with lights on the bottom, it comes with a remote to change the light setting. It also has a cape that can be clipped on/off the shoulder. The tool on the dress has pockets and 3D flowers at the bottom. The top does have a deep v-cut but it does have a tool fabric there.
