ca 1940s Lucite Reverse Painted Carved Palm Tree Brooch

Reverse painted palm tree brooch from the 1940s. Well carved into two palm trees it was then cold painted on the reverse The result is a luminescence with depth of color. The original C clasp pin back is in pace and functions perfectly. It measures just under 3" tall x approximately. 2 1/4" w x 1/4" thick. No chips or cracks and the paint is still intact. Great vintage collectible from a smoke/pet free home.
