The person that is a small size medium size or even large could wear this top. Have included measurements so you can be sure it will fit. It has a sweater seam from the armpit down on the side. The pit to pit was taken both from the sleeve pit pit, and with the lower measurement where it has the flutter seam. I know that’s kind of confusing but hopefully if you look at the pictures, you can see there’s two measurements one is a true pit pit and the other one is where it would be on your rib cage just a bit lower than your pit.
