black silk trasteverine batwing dress size small

Black silk knee-length Trasteverine dress. It's a heavy woven fabric, asymmetrical neckline, batwing sleeves. Size small, but very narrow in the hips; best suited for hips that are 38" or smaller and for people with regular length/short torsos. (Mine is long and the hips hit in the wrong place.) Very comfortable, very stylish. Purchased new from FORWARD/Elyse Walker, includes tags.
