so cute, slighly shiny black body hugging and flare skirt, size 38(runs like a us2?) the cut is a tad lower than waist by like an inch below, not low at all but not on the natural waist. 98 cotton 2 elastlane. Good condition. only worn once, but no visible wear. no rips, stains, snags etc. waist is 14, length is 24 (just above knee. Very holday ready. doesnt fit me anymore but hard to see the shape on the floor.
