Turquoise Blue Shift dress Vintage, 1960’s Vintage size 12 The tag states that this dress is from the Frederick & Nelson department store’s designer room. by bh wragge, Bernard H. Wragge, who designed until the 1960s. Collector’s piece Sleeveless Moderately scooped neckline Textured Boucle-like fabric Lined Back zip Horizontal seam a little way up from the hem. That detail gives a nice shape to the lower part of the garment. There is a little area at the neckline with thread from whomever mended it. Close-up provided.
