bebe brand turquoise dress with white stripes across the bottom. Dress has removable, adjustable straps and built in cups for the bra. Sweetheart neckline and back zip. Came with a white patent leather skinny belt but...it was so cheap looking I threw it away. Kept in a smoke-free environment under plastic. Bebe wooden hanger included!
