Super cute! bebe Black and white high-low hem. Halter style top. Zipper on left side for easier access. 29” from underarm to bottom of hem. 33” back of dress from top to bottom of hem 25” front of dress from middle point of breasts to bottom of hem There are a few snags on right side front of dress (see photos) due to my clutch I wore with dress. Worn only once for a few hours. Received a ton of compliments. Very classy and stylish!
