beaded necklace

gentle used in good condition. the color are white with small black or very dark blue? dots. also golden color tiny beads. please see picture, the one bead looks like got a little color change . looks a little yellow color. some tiny beads look rusty . I'm not sure if could wash it off , almost can't see.
