beachy vibrant strapless dress with strings to go around neck or just hang!!

super cute summer dress!! it has an elastic top! and has strings to wrap around the neck or to just let hang! it is a little bit see through so i was just make sure to wear something under it if it’s a big deal! also it says it’s a 7-9 but i wear a small and it fits me so i say it fits up a lot of sizes! :)
