bcbg generation navy blue and black skirt

Fabric of the skirt is stretchy except the waistband. The material/fabric of the waistband is not stretchy at all. Zipper with hook and eye enclosure at the back of the skirt. For reference: I’m 5’10 and the skirt is sits way above the knee.
