this pretty skirt starts with a fitted waistband that drops about 9 inches and then cleats out. The fabric is an animal print semi sheer woven fabric, but it is blind. There is a fabric belt of the same material, which you can actually remove and use on another outfit if you want an animal print belt. In excellent condition.
