I really love this top but it is time to move on. It was too sheer for me to wear without a white tank underneath. The tie at the waist is adjustable and the elastic waist is very soft elastic, if that makes sense...it is not tight and restrictive but comfortable to wear. The blue tie is very long which gives you alot of adjustment. Smoke free home.
