Gorgeous butterscotch colored cords from J. Crew. The tag says 28 but I bought them pre-altered and they now fit more like a 26.
~~~I'm unable to list measurements currently. For reference, I'm 5'8", 120lbs and these sat a little low on the hips for my liking but fit well. They hit just above the ankle for me.~~~
