adjustable silver tone toe or pinky ring with blue anchor

Adjustable silver tone ring with a small blue anchor on it. At current setting it's a 4.5, could be made smaller or larger as needed. I believe this is a toe ring, but could also be worn on your pinky. No known flaws.
