adjustable gold tone cameo ring with red-orange background

Gold tone ring with scrollwork around a cameo center. Cameo has a red-orange background, and appears to be made out of some sort of synthetic material. Back of ring is adjustable, but it currently sits at a size 6, as shown in mandrel photo. Appears to have a small dark spot on the cameo, and an orangey smudge. In otherwise good condition.
