lipstickstains2 My case was closed while I was waiting for poshmark to contact me. I reported a problem with the return Saturday. I received a response on Sunday saying “I’m reaching out to you regarding order #667eb915de6edcea9fc3cf7b. I see that you have notified us of an issue with your returned order and that the correct item was not returned. I appreciate your patience as we try to get this resolved! We will be in contact shortly. Best, Aurora” I copied and pasted the email word for word.

lipstickstains2 She never contacted me again. Then they sent me an email on Tuesday asking how fair the support agents decision was! I realized they closed my case without contacting me or notifying me. I am lost for words. I have sent multiple emails since Tuesday and I haven’t heard back from them. I feel like they are purposely ignoring me and I don’t understand why or how that is okay?

kayleighscrisis She sent back the tank top but it is discolored beyond belief. All around the under arms are yellow plus the damaged she did on the inside to get the car approved. She clearly wore this, ruined it & wanted her money back. I'm disgusted.

lipstickstains2 @kayleighscrisis make sure to report a problem with the return. But be persistent. And if they don’t reply within a day, report it again. I reported a problem and they told me to wait while they figure it out. Then they closed the case on me without any notice! Idk why they did that but it almost feels like they did it on purpose which makes me super uncomfortable about poshmark now.

lipstickstains2 @lbrey365 @tinip @kayleighscrisis I noticed she’s still on Poshmark. When she purchased from me she only had 2 reviews given. But now it’s 66 reviews. It looks like she left all the notes within the last couple days. They were all recently given. And if you look at the items, they are all really cheap purchase around $9. My item was $63. I’m assuming you guys had more expensive items too? Because I think she decided to scam the sellers with the more expensive items she bought.

kayleighscrisis @lipstickstains2 that's exactly what she did with my item. She bought the same item from someone else but theirs was stained, mine was new with tags. She damaged the stained one & sent it back to me. Kept mine. Poshmark has chosen to completely ignore me.
