scque814 The hole is for a 'tupperware' type insert to collect your chopped veg. May I ask what the side dimensions are for the cut-out? (Obviously, the corners are going to be weird to measure. So just pretend those lines extend--what, an inch?--into the wood. What are the dimensions of the completed rectangle?

resparked @scque814 ahhh makes sense! Kinda thought it was something like that. So it has like a bump down on each side, they are about 1/4” each. The whole cut out is about 7 3/4” (little short of 7 1/2” without the bumps however) x almost 9 1/2” (9” without bumps) Hope that make sense!
