jenienecatell @ghashi I’m sorry I answered the measurements on another top you asked about but it looks like I put it in the wrong place. My apologies. This is a bubble style of tank. It has an elasticized bottom but the elastic is very stretchy. The measurement across the chest is 19 inches. The length measures 26 inches from the seam at the top of the tank strap down to the elastic bottom. Please let me know if you have any more questions or if I can do anything for you. Thank you.

jenienecatell @ghashi if you look in the second photo you can see them better but I’d say yes. They’re not like arm holes in a traditional everyday fashion tank top.
