Beautiful dress from Zum Zum by Niki Livas. Teens in the late 90s might remember her dresses in ads in mags such as 'YM', especially around prom time! The color of this dress is a little hard to describe, it looks white at first glance but is really the palest, softest light blue pastel that fades into a very light pink pastel, so kind of ombre. White glitter mesh overlay with floral detailing & some tulle on the lower portion. Size 11-12. Poly/acetate. NWT. Spaghetti straps -not adjustable. Straight neckline classic of that era!
