Item is pre-owned. There are signs of wear from previous use. One of the velcro straps from the inside of the top of the frame has fallen off and needs reattached or replaced (strap is included if you want to reuse the original). Some of the original "rhinestones" have fallen off. There is scuffing/rubbing/etc to the purple frame. There are a few repairs done to the mesh on the sides of the bag where there had been rips/holes. Please inspect the listing photos as I have tried to document the items condition faithfully.
