Pre-owned. The boiler does show imperfections. Please see photos for the condition. Tested and working — powers on, heats water, and dispenses as expected. Pre-owned and missing the internal mesh safety net (a replaceable part can be purchased on the Zojirushi website). Cleaned inside and out with soap and water. However, because this was sourced secondhand, I recommend running a citric acid cleaning cycle before first use (this is standard maintenance for Zojirushi water boilers).
