@reddkaty hi, with the dress laying flat, the waist measures about 16.5 inches across. From armpit to armpit seam it is about 18 inches across. It’s hard to measure because of the flowiness, drapes and pleats but I hope that helps. I also added two pictures at the end from Tuckernucks website that had this dress on it.
