All items are in box, I’m unsure if this has ever been used but I did have to add one AAA battery to the box as it was missing one (the odd one out). There is some box wear. Features LED reminders, audible alarms, and app connectivity via MyHealth Connected. Syncs with iOS/Android for easy scheduling, dose tracking, and compliance monitoring. I did test this out and it is working properly.
