Zephyr Outback Western Rancher Hat Smooth Brown Leather with Chin Strap Vintage Tagged Size M Medium This vintage Zephyr Outback hat is proudly made in the USA. It has a smooth brown leather body, a braided band around the base, and a chin strap with a sliding adjustable metal bead. There are three small velcro tabs sewn into the interior of the hat, I think it is it to attach a comfort band if you wish. They also could easily be cut out.
