Zenergy by Chico's black stretchy skort size 0. this skort is an excellent condition with a thick elastic waistband. it does have a tie but it seems superficial and not functional. there are two front pockets and two zippered pockets towards the bottom and two back pockets for the seams have not been ripped in those yet.
