Zenana Outfitters White Capri Leggings

Brand new capri length leggings with lattice detail, still in the packaging. Tummy control top. Laying flat: inseam is 18 1/2" and waist is 12" but stretches. There does appear to be some small black marks on the material - possibly residue from the print on the bag? Unsure if it will wash out.
