Zena Jeans brown raw hem jeans

Cool brown jeans / slacks / trousers / pants by the brand Zena Jeans. Not sure if I could call them vintage but definitely seem like an older item. Size / material tags are faded but these feel like 100% cotton and have no stretch. Raw hem. Mom style jeans: high rise, pleated at the top, straight ish leg that slightly tapers towards the ankle. Unique opaque / solid brown color. Measurements lying flat: Waist: 13” Rise: 12” Hips (measured widest part, by bottom of fly): 23.75” Inseam: 25” I think based on the measurements and how these fit me, they would be best for a 26-27” waist, US women’s 4 or smaller 6? I typically wear a 27-28 waist and these fit me but I think would be better suited for someone just a tad smaller. I am 5’4” for reference.
